A Thank You Message from St Vincent de Paul Society: We would like to thank all parishioners who make weekly contributions to our collection box. We are thankful for generosity even in these times of economic hardship.

We use such funds for several purposes for example, we distribute foodstuffs and other items via the Kirk Centre (open Thursday and Saturday mornings), we visit people in their homes, provide transport and support for hospital visits and give some financial donations to families in need. We contribute to a project run by the Daughters of Charity who serve the community of Govanhill in Glasgow and we provide financial support to our twin conference in Kerela, India.

We have also responded to world disaster appeals, most recently being the earthquake in Turkey/Syria and also support for Ukraine.

May God Bless all of you and your families

What a day with glorious weather!  Angus and Finlay did themselves proud with their fundraising music recital.  We thank them and their parents for entertaining us with music throughout the year.

They are moving shortly to further their music careers, we will miss them for sure.

The parish presented them with gifts and a certificate of Appreciation. It was lovely to see so many people in attendance especially Rodger and Fran and others.

We had a light snack after the recital. Thank you to everyone who helped with teas and coffees and orgainising it. God bless!
